My Signature Process
Preparing
Before we start your brand and website, a few prep steps need to be completed first.
You’ll be given a questionnaire to fill in and asked to create a Pinterest vision board.
Next, we’ll have a strategy call to define your vision, map out your website pages and I’ll help you write copy & find a photographer if needed.
You’ll then write your website copy, get your photos ready and send to me before we begin.
Creating
Once I have your website copy and photos,
I’ll start creating your brand & website.
I’ll thoughtfully select your brand fonts, colours, stock imagery, logo and strategically design your dream, client converting website.
My signature process takes 2-weeks
➔ our kick-off project call, 1st Monday
➔ homepage & brand sign-off call, 1st Friday
➔ website sign-off & launch call, 2nd Friday
Launching
On our “sign-off & launch” final call, I’ll walk you through your website and you decide when you’d like to make it go Live - now or later.
All branded items will be sent over within 2-business working days after our final call; from brand guidelines to business cards etc.
You’ll receive my “How to use Squarespace” video course, with small bite-sized tutorials on how to edit your site, plus two weeks email support for any further questions.

I’m not the kind of designer who asks for your colours, fonts and copy, then simply builds your site. Most of my clients aren’t even sure what they want — and that’s where my intuitive process comes in.
Through our conversations, I get to know you, your story, your purpose, your energy so I can intuitively design a brand & site, that feels right.
Clients always tell me that their favourite (and most unexpected) part of my process, is how I help with website copy and messaging. I guide you on how to position your offers, convey transformation, share your story and values in a client attracting way. Once you’ve written it, I can help refine your copy so it’s pitch-perfect for your website.

FAQ’s

2 weeks. You need to get all of the copy and photoshoot / imagery to me before we can start the 2 week website design process. It will take an extra couple of weeks if you’re having a photoshoot with me too.

Yes I most certainly do. I understand this is an investment and I want to make it as easy a yes as possible for you.
Usually payment is 50% upon booking and the remaining 50% upon website completion.
For payment plans, I offer to split the cost over 3 consecutive months.

Yes, I can! Full copywriting can be added to your package for £1,750.
Though do note, within my main package, I guide you through how to write your own copy and then review what you’ve written, editing and refining it so it feels elevated, hitting all the points you want to hit!
