Professional Website Templates for Executive Coaches to Use

Professional Website Templates for Executive Coaches to Use who want to rebrand their website

When you’re an executive coach, you know that having a professional website template for your business is important.

What you may not know is that your website doesn’t need to be super corporate, woah she did not just say that, that’s bullshit right there, ummm no it’s not!

I have designed brands and websites for many female executive coaches and their point of difference is that they’ve stood out from the crowd by being more ‘them’ not like what you ‘think’ corporate businesses want to see.

My clients have been very successful since launching their businesses with the more personalised websites that I’ve created for them.

Let me break this down for you further...

What Your Website Says About Your Coaching Business

You want to feel proud that your website represents you and the type of clients you want to be working with. I think often as an executive coach, you may think that your brand needs to be soulless, speak to the masses.

When I say that your website shouldn’t be “too” corporate I’m not saying that your brand shouldn’t be professional looking.

You most definitely want your website to look slick and presentable, not as if you had a bash at it and it’ll be fine or having photos of yourself on there that were taken on an old iPhone.

What you may not think about is that the person looking at your website may be someone friendly just like you are and they’re in HR, she identifies with your website and you and knows you’d be the right fit for the company so hires you.

You must put your personality into your site yet also keep your client in mind.

What Should an Executive Coaching Website Include?

Here are the basics that should be on your website;

Homepage

About

Services (this can be one page detailing them all or separate ones per offer)

Contact

Extras;

Blog

Research and/or Resources

Testimonials

Your testimonials can be peppered throughout your professional website template.

You should also have the companies logos that you’ve worked with if they are well known in your industry or in general.

Lastly if you have any accreditations, you can have these near the footer of your homepage.

Have someone take a professional headshot of you or book a personal branding photoshoot. Take a look at my offering here, to see what I do and the sort of thing you can book another photographer to do.

Don’t just use generic stock photos, that can be so boring and dull. Spend some time looking for images that may still be corporate but have a little more personality in them.

Inject a little bit of you in there. This can be with a pop of colour where appropriate (I mean we’re talking professional here, so don’t go wild with fluorescent pink hahaha) but perhaps some softer colours that go with the standard blues most people use in corporate looking websites.

Examples of Professional Website Design for Coaches

Now I want to share with you 3 examples of professional websites that I’ve designed for 3 very different women but also very similar women.

All 3 women left very high level corporate jobs after having received coaching and getting accredited as executive coaches themselves because they wanted to help others lead happier lives both personally and professionally.

Leila Travis

Leila came from a background in Media where she was a Strategy and Planning Controller at ITV before leaving to become an executive coach.

Over her career she has worked with lots of well known companies such as TikTok, Schwarzkopf, Fever Tree, Starling bank, M&S, Tesco, Boots, Kurt Geiger, Charlotte Tilbury, Proctor and Gamble… and loads more!

Jodie Wrout

Jodie worked for 20 years in the corporate world of HSBC and is an experienced people leader before becoming a certified coach and NLP practitioner. She specialises in helping women achieve the life that they want, both at home and at work.

Lee - SundaySkies.com

Lee spent almost 20 years in public sector communications, meaning she helped leaders be more of their real self (not the stuffy shirt version), to build great teams and achieve success that mattered to their customers.

She’s now a coach and consultant, focussed on helping people to step out of their comfort zone to become well-rounded and visionary business leaders.

I think Lee has the least corporate style website of the 3 women listed here but it’s still professional. Part of her brand is that she’s helping leaders become more themselves and develop their own personal brands - so it was very important for her to do the same on her website and it’s 100& her!

Finally I’d love to show you two more websites where my client’s take the back seat more as their businesses aren’t so much about them and they are a little more corporate in feel, yet still have their personalities sliced throughout .
